PRIVACY POLICY
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Your data will be processed by us on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” and the national data protection regulations in the respective applicable version – hereinafter referred to as “DPA”).
Subject to change: We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary, for example to reflect legal developments in the area of data protection. The adapted/amended data protection provisions will then apply to the future use of our website and data processing. We therefore recommend that you consult these from time to time.

1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR is “Ultraspheres GmbH, Weisstraße 9, A-6112 Wattens / Austria” (also referred to as “we”, “us” in this privacy policy), as also stated in the website’s legal notice. 2. Personal data
We only process the personal data that you provide to us (by visiting our website or contacting us by email) as listed below; not all of the specified data types are affected or must be specified in every case. We do not process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.
Depending on the type and scope of contact or use of our website, the following personal data may be affected:
Visiting our website: (i) log files such as IP address, date and time of access, information about the operating system used and the Internet browser, website from which access is made (“referrer URL”) etc., (ii) cookies, (iii) location-based information and information about the terminal device used (depending on the corresponding settings of the terminal device).
Contact via e-mail: First name, surname, email address, address
Conclusion of contract: First name, surname, date of birth, email address, telephone number, postal address, occupation, payment details (credit card number, bank details, etc.)
3. Processing of personal data
The processing of your personal data takes place primarily for the fulfillment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), as we cannot prepare, conclude or fulfill a contract with you without this data. Furthermore, the processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), in particular also for the purposes of operational security of the website and error-free and optimized service provision, receivables management, direct marketing in analogue and digital form, existing customer advertising, statistical evaluation and the improvement of our range of services and their quality (for the right of objection see point 6.).
We will only process your personal data to the extent covered by the GDPR. As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. If a transfer to third parties should be necessary – for example for the fulfillment of a contract or payment processing – this transfer will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In this case, we ask you to also observe the data protection declarations of these third parties, as these may apply.
An exception to this is the use for statistical and similar purposes, for which, however, no personal data is transmitted, but only anonymized data that does not allow the identification of a natural person and cannot be assigned to a specific natural person (see also section II.).
4. Data security
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Your personal data is protected by organizational and technical measures, such as protection against unauthorized access and technical data security precautions.
Please note, however, that despite these efforts, it cannot be completely ruled out that data which you disclose via the Internet/e-mail may nevertheless be viewed and potentially used by other persons. We can therefore accept no liability or responsibility for errors in data transmission or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacker attacks, spyware, malware, etc.).
5. Storage of personal data
Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations (corresponding storage obligations may arise, for example, in particular from tax regulations – a legal basis for the processing and storage of data in this context also results from Art 6 para 1 lit c GDPR ). If this necessity is no longer given, the data will be deleted. Notwithstanding this, deletion will also take place on the basis of a request for deletion made by you (see point 6).
6. Information, deletion, right of appeal
– You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, purpose of data processing and, if applicable, recipients of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).
– You have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data if it is incorrect or the basis for data processing no longer applies (Art. 16, 17, 18, 20 GDPR).
– You have the right to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (“protection of legitimate interests”) (Art. 21 GDPR). However, please note that any objection has no influence on the permissibility of the processing of personal data on the basis of other permissions in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.
Please direct all inquiries or claims to our email address: info@ultraspheres.at.
– Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art 77 GDPR) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates applicable data protection regulations or your claims have been violated in any other way
II Data collection on our website, cookies, analysis tools and third-party tools
When you visit our website, your surfing behavior may be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done using cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is anonymous and cannot be traced back. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You can find detailed information about these tools and your options for objecting in the following points.
7. Cookies
Some of the websites you use contain so-called cookies.
Cookies are small text files that our website sends to your browser and that are stored on your computer in order to save them there as an anonymous identifier. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. The purpose of these cookies is, for example, to better control the connection during your visit to our website and to provide more effective support when you return to our website. Without this temporary “temporary storage”, some applications would require you to re-enter data that you have already entered. A cookie only contains the data that a server outputs and/or the user enters on request (e.g. structure: information on domain, path, expiration date, cookie name and value). Cookies therefore contain purely technical information, no personal data. Cookies cannot spy out the user’s hard disk, cause damage or similar.
The following types of cookies can be used:
– Session cookies: These are automatically deleted when the Internet browser is closed.
– Persistent cookies: These remain stored on your computer for a certain period of time, the duration of which depends on the stored expiration date.
– Third party cookies: These may also include cookies from various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Pinterest, Flickr, etc.) or other internet service providers (such as Google). These cookies collect information such as length of visit, page views, movement via links, etc. They are used, for example, to display certain advertising content resulting from search histories, websites visited and the like. These cookies cannot be read by us.
If you wish, you can generally suppress the storage of cookies (or certain types of cookies) via your web browser or decide whether or not you wish them to be stored via a message. However, not accepting cookies may mean that some pages are no longer displayed correctly or that their usability is restricted.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services.
8. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphithatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. We process your data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in creating easy-to-use website access statistics in a cost-efficient manner (Art. 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation).
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address and the URLs of the websites accessed) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We do not store any of your data that is collected in connection with Google Analytics.
This website uses the IP anonymization option offered by Google Analytics. Your IP address will therefore be shortened/anonymized by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address. Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting your data in connection with Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:
